TokyoLife is also one of the pioneers in recruiting people with disabilities to work in their operation line in offices and factories, and the first company to open an environment especially for people with disabilities and operated by people with disabilities from taking care of goods, customer care , cashier, etc., to complete a sales cycle. Taking advantage of this factor, Le Bros team launched the "Happy Silent New Year" campaign with the goal of spreading love, exchanging culture and creating an environment for integration among people with and without disabilities. Thereby, we aimed to inspire businesses to make conditions for disabled people to work, and create inspiration and motivation for people with disabilities to work.
