A trustworthy financial advisor shakes hands with a wealthy client, and all is right with the world. You know the spot because you’ve seen it a thousand times. We have, too, so we knew it wasn’t going to cut through for Raymond James, a financial services firm based out of St. Petersburg, Florida. They have a premium presence in the category with a long history and strong brand awareness, but business had plateaued in recent years. The brand needed fresh thinking to cut through and compete with larger, more established Wall Street firms.
