Women continue to make strides in aviation, from flying to ground control to management - with Philippine Airlines itself having 79 female pilots as of today. But since female pilots make up only 5.8% of the world's pilot population, visibility of women in the industry is still a work in progress. And for many women, what you can't see, you can't be.

To inspire more young women into aviation, Philippine Airlines is showing the next generation of women that they can take the lead, by showing women in the lead. With the airline now having up to nine flights led by all-female crew in a week.
And a We Fly With Her campaign that shows women in aviation all together, in ways people can experience while booking a flight, at the airport, inflight, or even just online. Telling the real stories behind the women who are helping pave the way for the next generation.
So they can now become what they can see and imagine themselves as women in the lead, with the women of Philippine Airlines leading the way.
